Ruminations of an Expatriate

This morning I received notice that my blog entry relative to the Cuban Economy is featured on the front page of “The Issue“, at which the Issue of the Day is the Cuban economy.

Those interested in the subject may also be interested in this report of my conversation, relative to Raul Castro, with a very well informed friend in Playa Baracoa who is retired from the Cuban military. He can tell you how many electoral college votes Florida enjoys and understands that it is those electoral college votes, and to a lesser degree those of New Jersey, that drive USA Cuban policy.
