USA Agricultural Subsidies

President Jimmy Carter writes about just how destructive USA farm subsidies are to Third World farmers.

Though Carter uses African cotton farmers to illustrate his thesis, his point is applicable also to Latin American corn farmers.

The USA subsidies,  in their effect, it seems to me, constitute a crime against humanity.
