That was a really excellent video, I am going to go explore ted.com to see what else they’re up to.
I wouldn’t mind waterfront property but this wasn’t the way I had hoped to get it!

I also thought it was cool. I’m glad you found it useful. I also just discovered ted.com, but plan to explore the videos at its site.
